Alpha Omicron Pi was founded on a promise to serve not only one another but the greater community as well. This commitment reflects a philosophy of friendship, concern, and usefulness in the world.

Commitment to
Dignity

Whether a member chooses to serve as a chapter officer, or represent AOII as a member of other campus or community organizations, there are numerous opportunities to develop leadership skills as a member of AOII.

Commitment to
Scholarship

AOII encourages all members to excel academically and has many programs designed to assist women in achieving their academic goals. Expectations are high but the support provided by scholarship programs, academic development officer resources, and fellow members makes success attainable.

Commitment to
College Loyalty

From collegiate years on through alumnae involvement, the reason AOIIs continue service is the joy of spending time together and sharing the insights learned from the relationships we build and sustain.

Letter from the President

Alpha Omicron Pi has enriched my life in ways that I never dreamed to be possible. From the moment I joined AOII's Iota Theta chapter, I knew this place would be my second home. No matter what event I’m at or who I am with, I always feel welcomed and loved by my sisters. I honestly can not imagine a life without them. They have allowed me to grow and pushed me beyond my comfort zone. They motivate me to be my best self and I can never thank them enough for that. The love and support within this chapter is why I choose AOII every day.

In AOII, you gain invaluable leadership experiences. Our chapter and fraternity provide programming to cultivate your passions, confidence, and talents. Our sisters mentor and support each other as we strive to bring positivity into our chapter, university, community and world.

We are proud that our Iota Theta Chapter received seven Inspire Ambition Awards and the prestigious Chapter of Excellence Award at AOII International Convention. Our very own Gabrielle Storino received the Perry Award, awarded to the best chapter president in AOII. We also were honored by Monmouth University, for our achievements among all sororities and fraternities for Excellence in Leadership, Excellence in Academic Achievement, Outstanding Health and Wellbeing Initiatives, and the 2023 Chapter of the Year!

In AOII, you are always surrounded by ambitious women who are mentors and role models, who support your countless growth opportunities, help you cultivate your passions, and achieve your life aspirations. With our sisters by our side, we inspire one another to make our ambitions a reality.
